2.125" O.D. steel side guide wheel with permanently lubricated sealed bearings provides free lateral alignment control from within track.
2.045" O.D. factory lubricated, rubber sealed bearings, provide maintenance free operations for the life of the gate. The eight 300-k series rubber sealed factory lubricated bearings have a static load rating of 1,760 pounds and a dynamic load rating of 4,000 pounds.
The 5/8" center bolt is heat treated to 40 rockwell.
IGD, warrants its truck assemblies against defects in material and workmanship, for the life of the gate system. We reserve the right to repair or replace any truck assembly returned to us for warranty claim.
